General FAQ

What is CBD? 

There are over 100 cannabinoids found throughout the plant. The CBD can be extracted from hemp, parts of CBD are taken from the flowers, shoots and stalks. CBD is non-psychoactive and the THC concentration is very low. The legal concentrated amount of THC to be found in hemp CBD is .3%

Is CBD legal?

Ever since the farm bill was passed on Dec. 11th, 2018 it has brought on the legalization of hemp once again for all states. However, it isn’t that easy, there is still resistance in the states, check with your legislation in your area to determine the laws.

Current State of CBD

Even though the farm bill was approved to make hemp legal federally in the USA, the waters are still murky. Many other businesses are experiencing processing payment issues and this can come up at anytime. Please contact us if you should have this problem when purchasing.  

How do I know which type of CBD oil should I choose?

Do you provide lab results?

All products are tested for quality and proper amounts of CBD and to ensure they are free of pesticides, mold, heavy metals and other harmful elements that sometimes get into products.

Shipping & Refunds FAQ


 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship United States, Canada, and Venezuela at this time. 

 
United States

Parcels are shipped out within 24hrs if within the states you may receive your package within 3-7 business days. 

Canada 

As the parcel needs to pass customs for international countries, The Relief Leaf will not be held liable for any additional charges or if your item is withheld. Shipping can take 10-14 days for Canada. We recognize this is can be a long time and are working on a solution to improve shipping times.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of the products arrival at your location. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can mail returns to: Shipping Dept. 3438 N. Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80917 and your monies will be refunded to the card on file within 7 business days of receiving the return.  Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
