Shipping & Refund Policy

  • Returns are permitted within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received.
  • All refunds require RMA
Refused Orders:

A refused product will be credited less 30% restocking fee, freight and handling charges.

Incorrect address:

If the apartment/suite number is not included or an incorrect postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a reshipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the client’s credit card. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all packages returned to Manufacturer due to an incorrect address being supplied.


We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. 

All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of the products arrival at your location. 

Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

In an event your parcel is shipped to you and it passes through customs we will not be liable for any additional charges incurred or if your parcel is withheld.
